Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the quoted service total.
We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to find a better time without penalty.
Pre-Existing Damage
Scrubz is not liable for pre-existing damage on a property. This includes, but is not limited to, cracked or loose window seals, chipped siding, deteriorated grout, rotting wood, previously stained surfaces, or any condition that existed before our team arrived.
We inspect each job before starting and will point out any concerns we notice. If you have known pre-existing issues, please let us know in advance so we can plan around them.
Damage Caused by Our Team
If anything is broken or damaged on site by Scrubz or one of our technicians, we will make it right. Depending on the situation, this will be handled through fair re-negotiation or an insurance claim.
We are fully insured, and we never pass liability on to the homeowner for damage that happens while we are working.
